Approachability: We break down nutrition into digestible parts so that you do not have to navigate the overwhelming abundance of conflicting information about health and wellness.
Acceptance: We do a lot of work on self-acceptance, shifting the narrative around your health. Your behaviours (yes, even an ice cream addiction) do not define your self-worth.
Activity: Whether you want to go roller skating or do leg lifts in front of your tv, we encourage getting into moving and connecting with your body.
Accountability: is key, we do bi-weekly 45-minute calls to chat about the ups and downs of the week.
Accessibility: when you feel like you want a bucket of ice cream, cigarette or pound a bottle of wine, we are here to support you through our personal and private chat.
Assessment: we ask each client to complete David Rowlands Nutribody Assessment. Nutri-Body® Analysis is a method of nutritional assessment that enables nutritional practitioners to pinpoint each person’s unique biochemical imbalances. This helps to make objective goals based on the assessment and measure your progress while working together. Most importantly, you will be clear on what your body is telling you so that you can understand your body on a whole other level for the rest of your life.
